2. Order and Contract Conclusion
An order submitted via the e-shop is a binding proposal to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller (confirmation email). The seller reserves the right to refuse an order (e.g., out-of-stock items, pricing error).
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT (20%), unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the seller's account. Goods will be dispatched after the payment is credited to the account. For B2B customers with a valid VAT ID from another EU country, the reverse charge mechanism applies.
4. Delivery of Goods
The seller delivers goods within the territory of the Slovak Republic and selected EU countries. The standard delivery time is 3–7 working days from payment confirmation. You will be informed of the shipment dispatch by email with a tracking number.
5. Withdrawal from the Contract
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods (§ 7 of Act No. 102/2014 Coll.). The goods must be returned unused, in the original packaging. The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods. Money will be refunded within 14 days of the goods being delivered to the seller.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the buyer's specific requirements (e.g., custom-made goods).
6. Warranty Conditions and Complaints
The goods are covered by a warranty period of 24 months. Complaints should be submitted in writing to info@filkorn.sk with a description of the defect and photographs. The seller will handle the complaint within 30 days. Details are provided in the Complaints Procedure.
7. Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
8. Alternative Dispute Resolution
The consumer has the right to contact the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk) or use the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions are valid from April 1, 2025. The seller reserves the right to change them. Changes are effective upon publication on the website.
