Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:
- Contract Performance – processing orders, issuing invoices, delivering goods, and customer service.
- Legitimate Interest – fraud prevention, website security, traffic analytics.
- Consent – sending newsletters and marketing materials (you can withdraw consent at any time).
- Legal Obligation – retaining accounting documents according to Act No. 431/2002 Coll.
Categories of Processed Data
- Identification Data: name, surname, company name, Company ID, Tax ID
- Contact Data: email, phone, postal address
- Business Data: orders, invoices, payment information
- Technical Data: IP address, cookies, browser (anonymized)
- Chat Logs: records from AI chat (stored max. 30 days)
Recipients of Personal Data
Your data may be disclosed to:
- Courier and Logistics Companies – for order delivery purposes
- Payment Gateways – when processing card payments
- Hostinger International Ltd. – web hosting and cloud infrastructure (EU and non-EU, standard contractual clauses)
- OpenAI, L.L.C. – processing AI chat conversations (USA, standard contractual clauses)
- Accounting and Tax Services – operator's tax advisor
Retention Period
- Accounting documents and invoices: 10 years (Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting)
- Orders and customer data: 5 years from the last order
- Data for marketing purposes (newsletter): 4 years from consent or last activity
- Chat Logs: 30 days
- Website Logs / Technical Records: 90 days
Data Subject Rights
You have the right to:
- Access – obtain confirmation of processing and a copy of your data
- Rectification – request correction of incorrect or incomplete data
- Erasure – "forgetting," if legal retention conditions are not met
- Restriction of Processing – in cases stipulated by law
- Data Portability – receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Object – to processing based on legitimate interest

We may update this policy. We will inform you of significant changes via the website. Effective from: April 1, 2025.
Marketing and Analytical Tools
We use the following tools from Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for measuring traffic, content optimization, and marketing communication:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — anonymized traffic statistics, user behavior, and conversions. We do not use personalized advertising through GA.
- Google Tag Manager (GTM) — management of measurement codes without direct data collection.
- Google Ads (remarketing) — may be used in the future for targeted ads to visitors who have shown interest in our products.
All these tools operate in Google Consent Mode v2. Before your consent (cookie banner), all cookies in the categories analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization are blocked. Without consent, only anonymous non-identifying signals (cookieless ping) are sent to GA4.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), §109 Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications. Processor Google Ireland Limited processes data based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) according to Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914.
Your rights: you can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the "Cookies" link in the footer of the page or by deleting cookies in your browser. Data subject rights (Articles 15–22 GDPR) are detailed in the previous sections of this Policy.
